REPAIRS OVERVIEW
- The Repair System has been designed to provide an efficient way of managing and tracking product returns and repairs. Each repair is initiated with a Return Authority (RA) and then moved through each stage of the repair. Depending on the requirements of the repair, the servicing can be by either an independent or in-house company.
